The Department of Licensing (DOL) developed and implemented a pilot Electronic title system in April of 1992.

PDP Group, Inc. worked closely with the state of Washington to develop a web application that is both easy to use and inexpensive. Simply ELT is robust enough to handle lenders with only 1 lien per year as well as larger lenders with thousands of titles per year.

How to Enroll

1. Complete the PDP Service Agreement which may be obtained by filling out this form requesting a service agreement.
2. Send an e-mail to requesting information on joining the ELT program. Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) will send you forms to complete and return. In the space for Service Bureau, enter PDP Group, Inc.
3. Complete the Application for Enrollment/Change In Electronic Lien and Title System.
4. Sign, scan and e-mail this application along with the PDP Group, Inc. Service Agreement to PDP.
